UNCG offers multiple ways to address student complaints. It’s important to raise concerns as soon as possible since some procedures have deadlines.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Informal Resolution
    Start by addressing the issue directly with the faculty member or individual involved.
  2. Departmental Resolution
    If you’re not satisfied with the outcome, discuss the issue with your advisor, department chair, or the HHS Dean’s Office.
  3. Formal Resolution
    If the issue remains unresolved, contact the Dean of Students Office for guidance on . and appeals procedures. They will help investigate and resolve the matter.
